Top 4 Badminton Training Centres in Kathmandu [Updated 2021]

Why should you consider training badminton in Kathmandu?

Kathmandu is the best place to train and play badminton. National coaches reside here.
They are the ones who guide you through the process.
The coach you follow and the institute you train highly impact your skillset, mindset, and career. Besides hard work and dedication, the mindset you develop is extremely important. And training academies are the ones highly responsible for building your mindset and skillset.

Here are some of the best badminton training center in Kathmandu:
1.   Zest Badminton Academy

Located near Basundhara, it is the best training center for beginners and intermediate. It has three indoor courts. You will have the privilege to learn badminton from experienced players and national level coaches.
The only downside of this academy is :
The chief coach is a senior national level coach and might remain busy so he might not be able to prioritize the academy.

However, it is one of the most popular training academies across the country. As it conducts tournaments it would be perfect for beginners wanting to test their skill and upgrade it as well. Since the national coach guides the trainees, you will be informed about all the national and international level tournaments.

2.    Kathayat Badminton Training Centre

Kathayat Badminton Training Centre is the go-to option for badminton training in Nepal. The chief coach is himself a national player. As a professional player, he uses his training experience to train everyone. The training regime even includes weight training once a week and agility, strength exercises daily. So you will also improve your strength😉. The downside of this academy is:  The location of the training center is not owned by the institute. So the assurance for the location cannot be guaranteed.
